Owner, Master Injector, National Trainer
Jan, a Pennsylvania native, earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Cedar Crest College before beginning her career in the emergency department, where she developed the clinical expertise, precision, and calm confidence that remain the foundation of her practice.
In 2014, after taking her first advanced injectable course, Jan discovered her passion for aesthetic medicine, a defining moment that transformed her career. Since then, she has dedicated herself to mastering the art of facial balancing and full-face rejuvenation, training alongside some of the most renowned aesthetic injectors and surgeons in the United States and around the world.
Today, Jan is recognized as one of the industry's leading injectors and serves as a National Trainer for both the Galderma and Revance portfolios. Her commitment to continued education, innovation, and clinical excellence has established her as a respected voice in the field.
Nicole Sukanick
Operations Manager
Nicole is an Allentown native who recently made her way back home after living in South Florida, where she immersed herself in the world of aesthetics. She got her start in a fast-paced medical spa before taking her expertise behind the scenes, working alongside the founders of IMAGE Skincare and supporting their growing business. Between luxury aesthetics, client relationships, and industry leadership, she learned exactly what it takes to create an exceptional experience from every angle.
Now, as Operations Manager at Just Aesthetic Nursing, Nicole is the friendly face and organized force that keeps everything running smoothly. Equal parts bubbly, detail-obsessed, and unapologetically people-focused, she believes every client should feel welcomed, comfortable, and maybe even a little spoiled the moment they walk through the door. Whether she's keeping the day on track or making someone laugh at the front desk, Nicole brings positive energy, genuine connection, and just the right amount of sass to everything she does.
Amy Lamm
Aesthetic Nurse Specialist
Amy is a Scranton, Pennsylvania native and experienced aesthetic nurse injector dedicated to delivering natural, refreshed results that enhance each patient's unique features. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Penn State University and is currently completing her Master of Science in Nursing to become a Nurse Practitioner.
Amy began her career in dermatology before spending more than a decade as an Emergency Room Trauma Nurse at a Level II Trauma Center, where she developed exceptional clinical judgment, precision, and a strong commitment to patient safety.
Since transitioning to aesthetic medicine in 2020, Amy has completed advanced training with leading injectors across the country and remains committed to ongoing education and evidence-based practice. She believes the best aesthetic results are subtle, balanced, and never overdone.
Known for her personalized approach, Amy prioritizes patient education, safety, and trust. She works closely with each patient to create customized treatment plans that deliver natural-looking results while helping them feel confident, refreshed, and authentically themselves.
Mary Ann Almanzar

With over 15 years of nursing experience, a BSN from Drexel University, advanced training under renowned injector and educator Jan Costa, a commitment to ongoing education, and a foundation in cosmetic artistry, Stephanie combines exceptional clinical expertise with an artist's eye to create refined, balanced, and beautiful results.
Specializing in full-face facial balancing, advanced injectable treatments, skin rejuvenation, and laser therapies, Stephanie approaches every face as a whole, thoughtfully designing personalized treatment plans based on facial harmony, proportion, and anatomy. Rachael is a Northeast Pennsylvania native, where she was born and raised and now proudly raises her own family. She earned both her Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) and Master of Science in Nursing, Family Nurse Practitioner (MSN-FNP), from Penn State University.
Rachael is passionate about continually expanding her knowledge and refining her skills to provide the highest level of care and outcomes for her patients. With a strong foundation in facial anatomy and advanced aesthetic techniques, she has had the privilege of training under and being mentored by Jan Costa, whose guidance has helped shape her approach to aesthetic medicine.
Above all, Rachael takes pride in building genuine relationships with her patients, earning their trust, and always recommending treatments that are in their best interest. Brenna earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Widener University in 2019. Since then, she has built experience in both Oncology and Aesthetic Medicine. Over the past five years, she has specialized in Ultherapy, microneedling, laser treatments, and injectables. She is passionate about helping patients feel confident both inside and out. Her aesthetic approach focuses on enhancing natural beauty with subtle, undetectable results that leave patients looking refreshed and feeling their best.

Kayte's passion for the beauty industry began in 2013, when she earned her cosmetology license while still in high school. Over the years, she has had the opportunity to help clients look and feel their best through bridal hair and makeup, lash extensions, spray tanning, and brow shaping. Although she has stepped back from full-time beauty services to focus on raising her daughter, she still enjoys keeping that creative outlet and seeing a select number of bridal clients on weekends.
At Just Aesthetic Nursing, Kayte loves combining her beauty background with aesthetics to ensure every client feels welcomed, comfortable, and excited about their experience. She is passionate about creating a warm, elevated environment and helping each client feel like the best version of themselves.

Hailey serves as the Client Experience Coordinator at our Allentown location, where she is often the first friendly face patients see when they walk through the door. With three years of experience in the aesthetic industry, Hailey is passionate about creating a welcoming, seamless, and personalized experience for every patient from their very first interaction.
